Certified Fire & Smoke Rated Doorsets

We manufacture within our own processes the full scope of timber based fire and smoke rated doorsets spanning FD30, FD30S, FD60S, FD90S, & FD120S.

Acoustic Rated Doorsets

We are able to manufacture acoustic rated timber based doorsets to achieve a wide scope of acoustic performance ratings in conjunction with the above fire and smoke performance levels backed by technical evidence for 29db, 32db, 35db, 38db, up to 42db sound insulation.

Paint Grade Doors

Our paint grade doors are designed for adaptability, providing a range of finish options to suit your needs:

• Standard Facing: Supplied with a paper veneer as standard.

• Timber Veneer or MDF: Available with a primer that readily accepts two top coats or a high-gloss primer for a premium finish. The high-gloss option requires thorough "de-nibbing" and an undercoat before applying the top coat.

• Optional Clipping Priming: Door clippings are not primed by default but can be on request for an additional cost.

• Fully Finished Options: Paint grade doors can also be delivered fully finished for added convenience.

Laminates

Our laminate doors offer durability and style, featuring a wide variety of finishes:

• Popular Brands: Including Formica (Door Range), Polyrey, Wilsonart, and Abet Laminati.

• Custom Options: Specify your preferred laminate when placing an order.

• Sheet Sizes: Various sizes are available, although some may require extended lead times.

Lippings

Our doors are crafted with precision lipping to enhance durability and style:

• Standard Doors: Sizes such as 2040 x 726 or 2040 x 826 are typically lipped on two long edges (L2E).

• Non-Standard Sizes: Custom doors are lipped on all four edges (L4E).

• Customisation: Lippings are usually matched to the veneer, but contrasting options are available upon request.
